Robert Blom currently serves as Vice President of Global Business Development - Ventures at Vopak, a role that commenced in January 2024, where Robert leads Vopak’s corporate venture capital team managing a portfolio of 20 investments totaling 100 million assets under management. Additionally, Robert holds a position as a Board Observer at enspired since March 2024 and served as a Shareholder/Board Member at TWTG until September 2024. Prior to these roles, Robert worked at Eneco from January 2021 to January 2024 as Investment Director in Corporate Development - Ventures, overseeing a portfolio of 12 investments with approximately 50 million euros in total. Furthermore, Robert was a Senior Investment Manager at Klimate.co for a brief period in late 2023. Academically, Robert holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on Development Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from Universiteit Utrecht.
