Brian Frank is the Founder and Managing Partner of Declaration Partners LP, an investment firm established in 2017 with backing from David M. Rubenstein. Since then, Brian has also served as a Board Observer for aXiomatic Gaming and Enstructure LLC, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Vault Health. Additionally, Brian holds the title of Founding Partner at BayPine and Board Member at Redesign Health. Brian's prior experience includes roles as a Member of the Board of Directors for Falcon Minerals Corp and Partner and Portfolio Manager at MSD Partners, L.P. Brian's career began at Cumberland Associates and HARMAN International. Brian earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
