Timothy Beckel

Timothy Beckel has had a diverse and extensive career in the legal field. Timothy began their career in 2007 as a Constituent Services Intern for United States Representative Patrick J. Murphy, where they engaged in constituent service activities and supported congressional staff in their research tasks. In 2009, they became a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow and Legal Intern for Sheet Metal Workers Local No. 19, where they conducted research into federal civil procedure and assisted union counsel in drafting changes to collective bargaining agreements. In 2010, they became a Certified Legal Intern for the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, where they successfully conducted dozens of Preliminary Hearings before nine different Magisterial District Judges. In 2011, they became Regional Director for Belltower Books LLC. In 2014, they became an Attorney for Lawgix Lawyers LLC, representing small business creditors before arbitration panels in Philadelphia and at hearings in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Timothy also became Senior Manager, Contracts and Risk Management for Port Contractors, managing all aspects of the company's contracting process and corporate insurance. Timothy also became a Contract Review Attorney for Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company. In addition, they were a Part-time Law Clerk for Hopkins and Schafkopf, LLC, where they were the primary point person on a diverse range of cases. Finally, they were a Buyer / Fulfillment Specialist for Belltower Books, where they purchased over $14,000 worth of used textbooks during finals week as an undergraduate and assisted cataloging 300,000+ texts into an online database for resale. Currently, they are the Director, Legal Affairs for Enstructure LLC.

Timothy Beckel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Elmira College in 2008, graduating summa cum laude. Timothy then attended Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 2011. That same year, they obtained their New Jersey State Bar certification from the Supreme Court of New Jersey and their Pennsylvania State Bar certification from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
