Ensure Legal was founded by Stephen Kwok, a Brisbane-based commercial and property lawyer after more than 12 years of experience in both private practice and in-house.  Before starting his own firm, Stephen practised law at top-tier firms in the likes of MinterEllison and Norton Rose Fulbright, and also held senior in-house legal positions at a commercial property fund and a national furniture company.

Ensure Legal's core service areas are:

- Leasing (retail, commercial and industrial), acting for both landlords and tenants;

- Capital transactions - Purchase and disposal of retail centres, commercial buildings, industrial, childcare and hospitality assets;
