Andrew Porter is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational change. Currently serving as Leadership Sponsor for the Be You initiative at Entain and Group Resourcing Director, Andrew's previous roles include Corporate Advisory Board Member for Teenage Cancer Trust, Head of Global Talent Acquisition at PA Consulting, and Group Resourcing Director at Capita. Notably, Andrew founded INC., a movement aimed at promoting inclusive cultures in organizations, and led Diageo's Rainbow Network across Europe, advocating for LGBT+ inclusion.
