James Knott

James Knott is an experienced Audio Visual Lead and Technology Deployment Specialist at Entain since December 2020, previously holding the same title at GVC Group from September 2014 to December 2020. At GVC Group, James was responsible for the design, implementation, management, and technical support of IT-based retail technology for the Ladbrokes and Coral brands across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Key responsibilities included managing the product lifecycle, delivering technology rollouts to over 2,200 shops, evaluating new hardware, providing support for both new and legacy retail IT technologies, and creating technical documentation for team members and external partners. James's extensive expertise is demonstrated through the successful execution of numerous projects and the maintenance of high-performance standards across retail systems. Education was completed at Bishop Stopford's School.
