Jon Austwick

Jon Austwick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of People Services and Operations at Entain, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of People - Regional Operations Partners at Entain from July 2022 to January 2024. Before joining Entain, they worked at N Brown Group from 2013 to 2019, where they held various HR positions including HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead. Jon also has experience working at Convergys, SERCO GLOBAL SERVICES (UK) LIMITED, and Telefónica, where they served as a Team Manager.

Jon Austwick earned a Level 6 Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford in 2013-2014. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Digital Leadership from AVADO.
