Leigh McSwan is a seasoned multimedia executive producer and series director with extensive experience across major networks. Since relocating to Melbourne in 2012, Leigh has contributed to numerous high-profile reality and entertainment productions, including three seasons of *The Block* and the inaugural season of *The Great Australian Bake Off*. Over the years, Leigh has produced and directed acclaimed projects for networks such as ITV, BBC, and Netflix, showcasing a strong expertise in content creation, talent casting, and post-production. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Technology in National Hotel Management from Thames Valley University.
