Nigel Moon has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the Head of End User Services at Entain since January 2018, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing a global strategy for IT End User Services for approximately 31,000 staff. Prior roles at Entain included Head of End User Support Services, managing global support for 30,000 users across 20 countries. Nigel's career also encompasses key positions at bwin.party, where roles spanned from Manager of Corporate IT Support to Section Head of Corporate IT Operations, as well as IT Service Manager roles at PartyGaming Plc and Broadway Malyan. Earlier experience includes positions at EDS Technologies, Ericsson, and IBM, where Nigel honed technical support and management skills.
