Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of HR India at Entain since April 2025, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Formerly, Pradeep held the position of HR Leader at Carelon Global Solutions from July 2022 to April 2025 and served as Director of People Success at Altruista Health from October 2010 to June 2023, where a progression to Senior Human Resources Manager also occurred. Pradeep's career began at BIR Solutions as an HR & Inside Sales Executive and included a role as an Inside Sales Executive at Semantic Space Technologies Limited (now Prolifics). Education includes a degree in Business Transformation and Strategy from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA focused on HR and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
