Steve Degiorgio

Steve Degiorgio has a diverse work experience in various roles related to customer retention and management. Steve is currently the Director of Gaming Revenue at Entain since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Customer Retention at Enlabs (Part of Entain) from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Global Head of Customer Retention at Global Gaming Group, where they were responsible for developing and implementing retention strategies and managing the retention budget. Before that, from 2016 to 2018, they served as the Head of VIP - Casino & Account Management at Jackpotjoy Group, where they managed VIP accounts and led a team of VIP account managers. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Head of VIP at Wagerlogic, and from 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Sales & Customer Services Manager at Ideal Cruising, focusing on providing excellent customer service and generating revenue opportunities. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales & Implementation Manager at Besedo from 2009 to 2010.

Steve Degiorgio completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications at the University of Malta, specializing in ICT, Psychology, Marketing, and EU Studies. Steve also attended St. Edward's College in Malta, but no degree or field of study was specified.
