Steve Lofts is an experienced Regional Operations Manager with a proven track record in leading large teams and driving significant EBITDA results. Currently at Entain since January 2018, Steve oversees 15 area managers and 2500 indirect staff across 416 stores, targeting an EBITDA of £425 million in a high-potential geographical area. Prior roles include Regional Operations Manager at Ladbrokes Coral Group, managing 255 shops and achieving an EBITDA of £180 million, and at Coral, where Steve controlled 180 shops with a payroll of £15.5 million. Additional experience includes supporting divisional directors at Phones 4u and holding managerial positions at PC World - DSGI PLC.
