Steven Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and resource planning. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Management at Entain since September 2025, Steven previously held the position of Resource and Capacity Planning Manager at Benenden Health from February 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing resource planning, ensuring efficient staffing, and leveraging data analytics for continuous improvement.
