Susan Barber

Susan Barber is a Senior Compliance Manager at Entain Group, where they focus on compliance and social responsibility. Starting their career with Coral over 20 years ago as a cashier, they worked their way up to a managerial position and became a finalist for the Racing Post Betting Shop Manager of the Year in 2002 and 2007. After maternity leave in 2010, they served as an area manager, consistently exceeding targets over three and a half years. In July 2014, Susan transitioned to the role of Player Protection Manager, where they built and managed a team dedicated to safeguarding customer welfare in the competitive betting landscape. Prior to their current position, they held roles at Ladbrokes Coral Group as a Responsible Gambling Manager and Player Protection Manager.
