Walter Ambu

Walter Ambu has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Walter is currently the Co-Founder, Board Member, and CEO of Entando Inc., a position they have held since November 2022. In addition, they are a Member of SICYNT - Cyber and New Technologies, starting in January 2023.

Prior to their current roles, Ambu was the CEO and Founder of Entando SRL, which they established in January 2014. Walter also held multiple positions within Entando Inc., including Co-Founder, Board Member, President & Chief of Product from August 2021 to March 2022, Co-Founder, Board Member, President from February 2020 to August 2021, and Co-Founder, Board Member, and CEO from January 2015 to February 2020.

Ambu's earlier experience includes serving as the CEO, CTO, and Co-Founder of Tzente srl from November 2009 to December 2014. Walter was also a Consultant and Associate Professor at the Università degli Studi di Cagliari from January 2004 to December 2008.

Additionally, Ambu held various positions in FlossLab and Experteam as Co-Founder & CTO from January 2007 to June 2008 and Co-Founder and CTO from April 2006 to June 2008, respectively. Walter was a Tech Team Manager at CRS4 from January 2005 to April 2007, managing interoperability and eGov projects for the Sardinia Region and Italian Government. Ambu started their career as a Project Manager at Atlantis SPA in February 2002, where they stayed until September 2005.

Walter Ambu obtained a Masters Degree in Electronic & Software Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, completing their studies from 1993 to 1999. Walter also pursued a degree in Music, specializing in Violin, from the Conservatorio di Musica "Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina."
