Jay Ali is a regulatory compliance specialist with extensive knowledge in finance systems and strong project management experience. Currently serving as the Product Owner at Finchley Business Services, Jay leads multiple work-streams within AML transformation and manages cross-functional teams focused on regulatory gap analysis and developing AML/KYC processes. Previously, Jay held key roles at Deutsche Bank as a Global AML Senior Project Manager and at NatWest Group as a Financial Crime and Controls Program Lead. Jay's educational background includes a degree from The University of Birmingham.
