Tiffany Fitting

Tiffany Fitting has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tiffany began their career in 2007 as a Youth Development Professional and Tech Lab Program Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County. Tiffany continued in this role in 2008 at the Boys & Girls Club of Ada County. In 2009, Tiffany worked as an Actress/Performer at Storyland Theme Park, followed by a similar role at Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre in 2010.

Tiffany transitioned into the business world in 2012, joining YJT Solutions as an Executive Assistant. Tiffany quickly took on additional responsibilities as an Office Manager and Manager of Administration, overseeing various HR and finance processes. In 2016, Tiffany became a Talent Manager at YJT Solutions, focusing on recruiting and employee development.

In 2018, Tiffany joined Entara as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Tiffany played a key role in helping the company evolve and rebrand as an eXtended Service Provider (XSP) offering IT and cyber security solutions. In 2022, they were promoted to Talent Director, leading strategic initiatives to deliver future-facing solutions for clients.

Through their roles at YJT Solutions and Entara, Tiffany has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, administration, HR, and finance. Tiffany'sprevious experience in the performing arts industry has also honed their creativity and adaptability.

Tiffany Fitting completed their high school education at Nampa Christian High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Roosevelt University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Musical Theatre.
