Joe Scotto

Joe Scotto has extensive experience in human resources, holding positions such as Director of Human Resources at Merrill Corporation from 2004 to 2015 and at DTI LLC from 2015 to 2016. They served as Vice President of Human Resources at Equiliem from 2020 to 2025, where they were the first non-family HR leader at an executive level, driving improvements in team performance and collaboration. Currently, Joe is the Human Resources Director at EnTech, a role they have held since 2025. Additionally, they have previously worked as Sr Director of Human Resources at Life's WORC in 2020 and as HR Director at Steinbach from 1987 to 1999.
