Lenette Wells is a seasoned Senior A/E leader with a focus on process and people, dedicated to delivering results through strategic operations and team development. With a deep-rooted passion for historic preservation, Lenette leads Entech’s Facilities Planning and Design and Corporate Marketing groups, while serving as President of Entech Architectural Services, Inc. Their expertise includes historical preservation, condition assessments, and sustainable design, and they actively guide clients in planning and adapting the use of historic buildings. Lenette holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently pursuing an Executive Education Certificate in Foundations of Coaching at the Weatherhead School of Management.
