Allison Capper

Allison Capper currently serves as an Energy Policy Specialist at EnTech Solutions, a position held since May 2020, where responsibilities include managing and developing grants and incentives programs, along with conducting research on legislative and regulatory activities in the renewable energy sector to support business growth. Previously, Allison worked as an Energy Policy Analyst, focusing on similar research and advocacy materials. Prior experience includes serving as an Office Assistant at Faith Technologies, Inc., where community engagement and research on renewable energy grants were primary duties, and as a Food Service Associate at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, where meal preparation and patient nutritional needs were addressed. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2016 and 2019.
