Support Engineer at Entech

Katherine Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katherine began their career in 1996, holding various summer jobs and volunteering roles. In 2000, they volunteered at a school in Haiti, where they were responsible for managing the finances of the school kitchen. From 2001 to 2004, Katherine worked as a teacher at Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School. In 2004, they joined Bishop Verot Catholic High School, initially as a teacher and then transitioning to the role of IT Support Technician. Katherine'sresponsibilities included creating accounts for incoming students and operating the IT help desk. Katherine also served as the Textbook Coordinator and the Canvas Administrator. Currently, Katherine is working as a Support Engineer at Entech, starting in 2023.

Katherine Davis has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Katherine pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Franciscan University of Steubenville from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they attended Barry University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Arts in Theological and Ministerial Studies. In pursuit of their interest in Information Technology, Katherine enrolled in Florida SouthWestern State College and worked towards an IT Support Specialist certification, which they were almost able to obtain.

In addition to their degrees, Katherine has obtained two certifications from CompTIA. In 2022, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification, and in 2023, they acquired the CompTIA Network+ certification. These certifications further showcase their dedication to expanding their knowledge and skills in the IT field.
