Kevin McCloskey

Kevin McCloskey has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and business development. Kevin started their career as a School Supervisor at Youth Services Agency from 2002 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Recruiter and Team Lead/Recruiter at Human Capital Management. Kevin then joined Delta T Group as an Account Manager for a brief period in 2011. In the same year, they also worked at Intelligent Capital Network as an IT and Marketing Account Executive, where they provided consulting services and access to top IT talent. From 2011 to 2014, Kevin served as the Vice President of Business Development at Exigo Search, bringing extensive staffing expertise to the team. In 2014, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at AppJaxx Consulting, focusing on helping companies establish their mobile presence. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at CasperLabs, specializing in recruiting technical professionals. In 2022, they joined Chatham Financial as a Technical Recruiter before moving to their current role as a Technical Recruiter at Entech in 2023. Throughout their career, Kevin has gained experience staffing individuals for a wide range of companies, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and has demonstrated expertise in business development and recruiting.

Kevin McCloskey completed their secondary education at Methacton Sr High School. Kevin went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2002. Kevin also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education at Montgomery County Community College and West Chester University.
