Rashi Arora

Rashi Arora has worked in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry for over 18 years. In 2003, they began their career as a Resource Executive at Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - An IBM Company. In 2005, they moved to MyITgroup as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for sourcing job specifications and descriptions for the requirement. In 2007, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IGATE, where they were in charge of handling the hiring needs for Infrastructure Management services division. In 2009, they joined Wipro Limited as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting the best talents for one of the biggest technology groups of Wipro BFSI. In 2011, they began their role as a Senior Technical Recruiter - Talent Acquisition, R&D (EDI, CEP, Adapters and Cloud Computing) at Informatica. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Entech as an Associate Recruiting Manager, helping their clients realize the true power of digital.

Rashi Arora received a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2003, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, General from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur in 2000.
