Robert Shields

Robert Shields has extensive experience in sales, operations, and recruiting across various industries, including technology and clean energy. Starting with a degree in Psychology from Brown University, Robert held multiple positions at Oracle, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and driving hardware sales across North America. After Oracle, Robert transitioned into roles in executive recruitment and leadership, including serving as VP of Sales and Operations at Aasen Energy, and recently as an Account Executive at Entegee. Robert began a professional journey in inside sales at EMC, supporting commercial accounts, and has consistently focused on client engagement and operational efficiency throughout the career.
