Mark Martin

Mark Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the culinary and business sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Supplier Data Insights at Entegra since January 2022, Mark has previously held senior management roles at Compass Group USA, including Senior Manager of Business Performance & Supplier Engagement and Foodbuy Culinary Solutions Manager Reporting & Analysis. Mark's career also includes positions as a Regional Executive Chef with Morrison Healthcare and an Operations Specialist at Racing Electronics. Before transitioning into culinary and business management, Mark was the Interim President and Dean at The Art Institutes, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of Academic Directors. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
