Benjamin Seip

Benjamin Seip is an accomplished equipment engineer with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Equipment Engineer II at Entegris since January 2024, Benjamin is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of gas processing equipment while leading the development of maintenance plans integrated into SAP. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various positions at Illumina, including Senior Equipment Engineer, where responsibilities involved ensuring high tool uptime and enhancing vendor support. With a background that includes roles at Tanvex Biopharma, Kedrion Biopharma, Bausch+Ströbel Machine Company, and hands-on experience as a mechatronics apprentice, Benjamin possesses a solid foundation in equipment maintenance and operations. Education was pursued at Gewerbliche Schule Schwäbisch Hall from 2013 to 2016.
