Mark Puttock

Mark Puttock has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Sr Director of Advanced Technology Engagements in the Office of the CTO at Entegris since January 2015. Puttock previously held the position of Director of Advanced Technology Engagements and worked in the Electronic Materials Division as Product Support for Europe. Prior to Entegris, Puttock was the Director of Global Accounts at ATMI, overseeing all activities in the European region. Puttock's earlier career includes significant roles at Tokyo Electron, where responsibilities included European Sales Manager for the Etch and Single Wafer Deposition Business Units, and at Trikon as Product Manager for Etch. The career began at Electrotech LTD, where Puttock progressed from Process Engineer to Process Manager before the company merged with PMT. Academically, Puttock obtained a BSc and PhD in Applied Physics and Microelectronics from Cardiff University.
