Michael Harmon

Michael Harmon serves as an Equipment Engineering Lead at Entegris since April 2022, having previously held roles as Senior and Capital Equipment Project Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at Dynavac, where responsibilities encompassed project management for high vacuum systems, managing up to nine projects simultaneously, and serving as the primary customer contact for notable clients such as NASA and Lockheed Martin. Michael's engineering background includes the design of mechanical components for vacuum systems and experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Co-op and Signal Design Intern. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, awarded in 2012.
