Michael Sauer

Michael Sauer has extensive work experience at Entegris, starting in 1988. Michael held various accounting and finance positions until 1998. In 1999, they became the Corporate Accounting Manager, then transitioned to roles including Director of Business Development and Director of Treasury & Risk Management. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Corporate Controller before assuming the role of VP, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in 2012.

Michael Sauer has an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, although it is currently inactive.
