Robert Halbach is an accomplished scientist and engineer with extensive experience in the development of air- and moisture-sensitive inorganic and organometallic precursors for chemical vapor deposition and atomic layer deposition. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist/Engineer at Entegris since January 2022, Robert is involved in conducting experiments to understand new chemistries and developing purification technologies. Previous roles include Senior Production Chemist at Strem Chemicals, Inc., where Robert focused on high-purity organic and organometallic specialty chemicals, and Research Chemist at ExxonMobil, engaging in organometallic synthesis. Robert holds a Master's Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
