Rui

Rui (Rachel) Ma is a highly experienced principal scientist and chief product designer at Entegris, specializing in the design and development of chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP) pads for semiconductor manufacturing. With a solid background in polymer science, Rui has held significant roles at CMC Materials as a senior polymer scientist and team lead, where contributions included the development of next-generation CMP pad solutions and successful commercialization of innovative products. Prior experience at Cabot Microelectronics involved R&D of polyurethane materials for CMP applications and leading cross-functional teams. Rui's academic achievements include a PhD in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, along with technical management training from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
