Terry Traut

Terry Traut has extensive experience in the training industry. From 1987 to 1990, they were a Sales Training ID and Manager at Digital Equipment Corp. In 1990, they began working as a Sales and Management Training Vendor at Cabletron Systems. In 1992, they founded and became the CEO of Entelechy, Inc., a training company that provides world-class training, job aids, documentation, coaching, consulting, web-based training, and user help. In 2003, they began working as an Outsourced Distance Learning Dev at Linkage, Inc. In 2004, they began working as a Training Vendor at Capital One Point of Sale.

Terry Traut obtained a BS in Education from St. Cloud State University between 1975 and 1980. Terry then earned a MEd in Human Services from Boston University between 1982 and 1984. Finally, they obtained an EdD (ABD) in Human Resources Education from Boston University between 1984 and 1987.
