Alexander du Toit

Alexander du Toit has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Alexander started their career at Sage in 2007, where they worked as a Principal Software Engineer on various projects including Sage 300 People Payroll and Premier HR. During their time there, they were responsible for developing new modules and overseeing projects such as Employee Management, Equity Management, Recruitment, and Performance Management. In 2021, Alexander joined Entelect as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the Vodasure Project at Vodacom Midrand. Alexander also served as a part-time Technical Lead, overseeing AWS for the project. Later in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Technical Lead – Back End Engineer.

Alexander du Toit completed their BSc in Information Technology at North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Tsumeb Gimnasium in Namibia from 1998 to 2002, but no degree or field of study was specified.
