Jeremy Stott

Jeremy Stott is a software engineer at Entelect since January 2024, with experience in the Martech Squad for Old Mutual Bank and the Capitec App Team. Previously, Jeremy served as a computer science tutor at the University of the Witwatersrand, focusing on courses such as Parallel Computing, Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, and Software Development. In late 2022, Jeremy worked as a vacation student at Sapconet (Pty) Ltd, where the primary focus was on preparing a custom dataset and applying a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) model to an automation project. Jeremy also tutored Optimisation II at the University of the Witwatersrand prior to this role. Jeremy holds a BSc Honours in Computer Science and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of the Witwatersrand.
