Soheil Nikbin is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Enter, where they manage the engineering organization and foster a growth-oriented environment for career progression. With a robust background in backend engineering and software architecture, Soheil has held key roles including Head of Engineering at multiple companies and co-founded initiatives in the tech industry. Their expertise spans various programming languages and technologies, particularly in fintech, mobility, and e-commerce, focusing on building scalable systems and promoting technical excellence. Soheil previously worked as a Senior Backend Engineer at ApyApp and Senior Software Engineer at Marley Spoon, among other roles, while also contributing as an IT lecturer. Soheil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and has a solid educational foundation in Mathematical and Physics from Movahed College.
