Sofia Rosén

Sofia Rosén is a Senior Change and Release Specialist at EnterCard Group AB, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, Sofia held various positions at EnterCard Group AB, including Service Delivery Manager and Team Lead Service Desk. With a solid foundation in customer service from earlier roles, including Backoffice Employee and Customer Service Agent at EnterCard, Sofia's diverse experience extends back to their trainee position at Gustavsgården in 2011. They completed their education in Social Studies at Nacka Gymnasium from 2009 to 2012.
