April Scott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience and organizational health, currently serving as the Director for both Employee Experience and Organizational Health & Diversity at Entergy from April 2022 to April 2025. Previously, April founded and served as President of PINK House Inc., a personal development academy aimed at empowering young ladies aged 15-18.
