David Booker

David Booker has over a decade of experience in power plant operations and management. Currently serving as Manager of Smart Operations at Entergy since July 2018, David has held various leadership roles including Team Leader for Control Room Operations and Plant Assets, as well as Coordinator Lead for Control Operations. Prior to Entergy, David worked at LCRA as a Plant Operator II and at Luminant from August 2011 to January 2018 as an Operations Specialist and Production Shift Supervisor, where responsibilities included safe unit operations and training of staff in an apprenticeship program.
