Ed Goetchius

Ed Goetchius has extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as the Lead Outage Scheduler for Unit 2 at Entergy since 2003, where responsibilities include planning and scheduling the Unit 2 Defueling Outage. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Trainer at Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc from 1988 to 2015, and as Containment Coordinator at Con Edison from 1983 to 2003, where Ed Goetchius specialized in outage management, licensing, and safety analysis as a Radiological Engineer. Ed Goetchius holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Tech.
