Gary Carroll

Gary Carroll, CPP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Ethics and Compliance Investigations at Entergy, where responsibilities include leading a team of investigators and managing the Entergy Ethics Line to address ethics and compliance violations. Previously, Gary held various roles at the U.S. Department of State from 2011 to 2023, focusing on human trafficking investigations, visa and passport integrity, and employee ethics compliance while training international investigators. Gary's early career includes service as an Infantry Officer in the New York Army National Guard and the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Louisiana State University and graduated from Jesuit High School of New Orleans.
