Kittie Watson, Ph.D., is the President and Founder of Innolect Inc., an organization dedicated to enhancing leadership development and fostering strong organizational cultures through effective communication and listening. With extensive experience in consulting for companies such as Entergy and Zoetis, Kittie specializes in executive and leadership assessment, talent development, and strategic communication. As a former board member and 2nd Vice Chair of the Greater Women's Business Council, Kittie has received multiple accolades for advocacy and leadership within the business community. Kittie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication, Business, and Sociology from Louisiana State University, along with advanced degrees in Communication and Counseling Psychology from Auburn University and the University of Georgia. Kittie is also a founding member and former president of the International Listening Association, recognized for promoting research and effective listening practices.
