Lee Johns, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the energy sector, currently serving as Superintendent of Fleet Projects Oversight at Entergy since August 2018. In this role, Lee formulates and executes business strategies to improve fleet project performance while fostering collaboration with engineering management. Previously, Lee held various positions at American Electric Power (AEP) for over a decade, including Engineering Project Manager Principal, where impactful capital initiatives and risk management strategies were implemented. Other roles at AEP included Technical Training Supervisor and General Supervisor of Chemistry, focusing on training program efficacy and system reliability. Lee's earlier career includes significant experience at Progress Energy, Consumers Energy, and military service in the United States Army National Guard and Navy, with a background in artillery, combat engineering, and aircrew operations. An alumnus of Campbell University, Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Business Management, and Administration.
