Mark Bonfiglio is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution development at Entergy, where employment began in September 2000. As Director of IT Enterprise Architecture and previously as CIO for Utility Operations, Mark has been integral in shaping IT strategy, project delivery, and operations supporting key business functions such as Customer Service and Smart Grid. Mark also served as Chief Architect for Entergy’s IT/Technology Management, leading strategic planning and chairing the IT Architecture Council. Prior to Entergy, Mark worked as a Senior Consultant in eBusiness at IBM and held various roles at Entergy Corporation from 1986 to 1997. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University and additional executive education from LSU and IBM.
