Michael Rhymes currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Shenandoah Telecommunications Company since July 2024. Michael has been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Entergy since February 2021, overseeing all information technology systems for the organization. Prior roles include CIO at Gates Corporation from October 2015 to February 2021 and a series of vice president positions at Eaton between January 2012 and October 2015, where responsibilities included leading IT for the Electrical Sector Americas and managing post-merger integration after the acquisition of Cooper Industries. Michael began a career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from March 1997 to July 2003. Michael holds an MBA and a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University.
