Nathan List

Nathan List is currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel - Corporate and Securities at Entergy, where they focus on M&A, corporate and strategic transactions, and alternative financing structures. Previously, Nathan held the position of Corporate and Securities Partner at Jones Walker LLP from 2007 to 2015 and later served as a shareholder specializing in M&A and securities at Briggs and Morgan, P.A. From 2023 to 2024, Nathan was the SVP, Assistant General Counsel - Corporate Governance and Securities at Hancock Whitney, where they managed corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and securities compliance. Nathan is also pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School and holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the same institution.
