Phil Torres has over 13 years of experience in the power delivery vegetation management sector, currently serving as the Manager of Power Delivery Vegetation at Entergy since September 2010. In this role, Phil oversees vegetation crews to ensure safe operations and manage extensive transmission line clearance across 1,100 miles and substations throughout the state. Prior to Entergy, Phil worked with ACRT, Inc. and served as a Recreation Specialist for the City of Waco. Phil holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Columbia Southern University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Golf Course Operation and Grounds Management from Texas State Technical College Waco, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from McLennan Community College.
