Ron Gaston

Ron Gaston is a retired utility executive with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and engineering roles. They served as Director of Regulatory Compliance at Entergy from 2017 to 2025 and held various positions in organizations such as Exelon Nuclear, DTE Energy, and American Electric Power. Having begun their career as a Startup Engineer, Ron transitioned through multiple managerial and compliance roles, culminating in leadership positions in the industry. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo between 1989 and 1993. Prior to their civilian career, Ron served in the US Navy from 1975 to 1981.
