Scott Armando

Scott Armando is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Project Engineering at Entergy since 2020. With a robust background in nuclear engineering, they previously held significant roles including Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy from 1989 to 2009 and Senior Project Manager at Duke Energy Corporation from 2015 to 2018. Scott also contributed to the field as Deputy Engineering Group Supervisor at Bechtel Corporation and managed design projects at Entergy. They earned a Master’s degree from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University.
