Wayne Sharkey

Wayne Sharkey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, employee relations, and social services. Currently serving as an Organizational Development Manager at Entergy since June 2007, Wayne has held multiple roles at the company, including Employee Concerns Program Specialist and Security Operations Supervisor. Prior experience includes providing waiver services to youth in foster care at Elmcrest Children's Center and working as a caseworker with Oswego County Department of Social Services, where responsibilities involved investigating abuse reports and conducting counseling.
