Mehrdad Mobasher is a drug development executive and accomplished Hematologist/Oncologist with over 15 years of experience in academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech environments. Mehrdad has successfully led the development of extensive portfolios in hematology/oncology and immunology, resulting in significant drug approvals and launches. Currently, Mehrdad serves as Chief Medical Officer for BeiGene and holds board positions at CIT Therapeutics, Nanocell Therapeutics, and Enterome. Previously, Mehrdad was the Chief Medical Officer at Corvus Pharmaceuticals and the Senior Vice President at Zai Lab. Mehrdad completed a residency in Internal Medicine at UC Irvine and a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Stanford University, along with an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan.
